Provides multiple services to patients and the patient care team including Patient Transport, General Equipment Cleaning, Linen cleaning and care, Patient room cleaning, Maintaining Nurse unit inventory, Errands and delivery, and other related duties as needed
Provide clinical case management services in order to facilitate program goals and objectives using a quality care approach. Identify client needs with a person-centered approach to address not only mental health symptoms but co-occurring disorders. Working with consumers to achieve the highest level of independence possible.
Responsible for serving and delivering food and nutritional products to our patients and customers in a manner demonstrating exemplary customer service skills.
